Scarlet Cardinalfish

Vincentia Cardinalfish should be added to well established aquariums with rock work, caves and ledges should be provided for hiding. Vincentia Cardinalfish will consume small fish and invertebrates. A diverse diet of enriched meaty foods should be provided for continued good health. Vincentia Cardinalfish are nocturnal and should be fed very early mornings or evenings. Some Cardinalfish are mouth brooders research each species to ensure the appropriate care is given. They are slow methodical swimmers house with other peaceful tank mates.

The Scarlet Cardinalfish is rarely seen in the aquarium trade. Quite colorful this beautiful red to light brown with the pectoral fins translucent to a light red color. Scarlet Cardinalfish can grow to almost 4".

We recommend a minimum aquarium size of 30 gallons or larger for this species.
