Our Quality Marine BOPIS (Buy Online, Pickup in Store) website proudly offers delivery direct to the participating BOPIS retail store of your choice.  BOPIS orders are shipped to the participating BOPIS retail location of your choice ONLY.  We are unable to ship to residences or non-participating retail stores.

Aquatic Life and Frozen Products Shipping Timeframes

These items MUST be picked up from your selected store on the day they arrive.  We ship these overnight items out Monday-Thursday only.  BOPIS orders placed by 10:00 am PST Monday-Thursday are typically shipped same day for next-day delivery. BOPIS orders placed after 10:00 am PST are typically shipped the next scheduled shipping day.  Please anticipate an email and text message when your order is ready for pickup at your selected BOPIS retail location.  Severe adverse weather can possibly delay our shipping.

Dry Goods Orders – Ships via Fedex Ground to your dealer.

For dry goods only orders that don't require next day shipping, we ship via Fedex Ground.  Shipping days are Monday-Friday for ground shipments.  BOPIS orders placed by 10:00 am PST Monday-Friday are typically shipped the same day. BOPIS orders placed after 10:00 am PST are typically shipped the next scheduled shipping day.  Arrival date for ground shipments varies depending on the location we’re shipping to.  Transit times for ground shipments range from 1 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) with most locations 4 business days or less in transit time from our warehouse.

Suitable Product Mixes for Orders

Since we ship wildly different types of products, each with their own unique characteristics, shipping speed requirements, and compatibility with each other, the checkout process block orders that can't ship together.  

Type 1 - Aquatic Life.  Must ship Next Day Air.

Can also ship with: Small neutral items that can ship ground or air like small dry food items.

                Can not ship with Frozen or large ground-only items.

Type 2 - Frozen items. Must ship Next Day Air.

                Can also ship with: Small neutral items that can ship ground or air like dry food

                Can not ship with aquatic life orders or large ground only items

Type 3 - Large or oversized ground items (dry goods).  Must ship ground.

                Can also ship with: Small neutral items that can ship ground or air like dry food

                Can not ship with anything requiring next day air like aquatic life or frozen items

Type 4 - Small items that can ship along with a ground or next day air shipment

                Small neutral products that can ship with air or ground shipping

                If ordered with Next Day Air product types, they ship with them via Next Day Air.

                If ordered with ground shipping required items, they ship with them via ground                               shipping.

If the order consists of only these items, the order will ship via ground shipping since they don’t require next day air shipping.

 

Weather and Shipping

We monitor the weather closely to ensure safe delivery of your BOPIS order.  If inclement weather is anticipated along your shipping route, we may delay shipping to ensure the health and wellbeing of aquatic life orders.  Ground shipments are not normally affected by these weather restrictions, but of course, carriers may experience shipping delays during extreme weather conditions.

 

Order Fulfillment Policy

Our goal is to ship orders all orders 100% complete.  However, in the rare event an animal does not meet our shipping standards (or our inventory is incorrect), we will refrain from shipping it.   If at least 75% of your order value consists of in-stock items, your order will be processed for shipping. We will modify your order total to reflect this change, and you will only be charged for the products we ship.

 

This shipping policy applies to BOPIS purchases from this website only and does not apply to our partner dealer wholesale purchases.

BOPIS Return Policies and Guarantees

Returns

Aquatic Life Returns

Due to the nature of the items, we cannot accept returns on aquatic life items and frozen items.  We do have a BOPIS guarantee on live aquatic life, covered later in this document.  If a frozen item is somehow defective, please contact the BOPIS dealer you picked up your order from for assistance.

Aquatic Life Guarantee

Quality Marine has spent more than four decades perfecting the handling and delivery of aquatic life. We stand behind every order with the following guarantee:

DOA / Missing / Damaged: If an animal does not survive shipping, is missing, or arrives damaged, we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Your BOPIS retail associate will assist with customer service.

48-Hour Guarantee: If an animal does not survive within 48 hours of delivery, we will refund the purchase price. Take photos and contact your BOPIS retail associate for instructions. A water sample may be required.

Important: Aquatic life ships via Next Day Air per our shipping schedule and MUST be picked up on the day of arrival. Failure to pick up same day voids all guarantees.

Listed sizes are approximate and may run slightly larger than stated.

Coloration may vary and can be temporarily affected by shipping stress. Allow time for full acclimation before evaluating color.


Dry Goods returns

All items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. The item must be in new, unused, untested condition with all materials. Please notify us by email of your desire to return an item. We will email shipping instructions and a return authorization number and instructions. The returned item must be in the original box with all paperwork.  We will issue refunds for the product only.  No refunds will be given for products that can't be sold as new.  If the item arrives damaged, our BOPIS partner will be able to assist with customer service.
