Flashing Tilefish

(Hoplolatilus chlupatyi)

Hoplolatilus Tilefish should be added to well established aquariums with plenty of stable rockwork. Provide caves, cracks and crevices, wide open swim areas and sandy areas to create burrows. Tilefish are good jumpers ensure a tight fitting lid. Tilefish are fast swimming, peaceful and hardy fish that make a beautiful addition to aquariums. They are timid and prefer dimmly lit aquariums. House Tilefish with other peaceful tank mates will ensure active daytime swimming. Some Tilefish have been known to quickly change coloration.
