Two Lined Fusilier

Fusiliers are constant grazers and require feeding at least six times daily. Add to well established aquariums that very large open swim areas. Rockwork with caves, cracks and crevices should also be provided for hiding and resting. Fusilers are fast moving peaceful fish and should not be housed with slower moving or aggressive fish. Provide an enriched diet of meaty prepared foods. Fusiliers are schooling fish and are best housed in small groups.

Two Lined Fusilier are also sometimes known as the Doubleline, Black Tipped, Double Stripe or Twin Yellow Striped Fusilier. Not often seen in the aquarium trade. The Two Lined Fusilier are a blue green color that fades to a white color on its belly, two thin yellow stripes on its back and mid body and dark tips on its caudal fin. Two Lined Fusilier can grow to a little over 11".

We recommend a minimum aquarium size of 100 gallons or larger for this species.
