Yellow Hellboy Bettas are striking freshwater fish known for their vibrant yellow coloration, often accented with red or darker markings on their fins and bodies. They are best kept in a minimum 5-gallon aquarium with a temperature of 78–80°F, a pH of 6.5–7.5, and a gentle filter to maintain clean, stable water conditions. Provide a heater, live or silk plants, hiding spots, and resting places near the water’s surface. Yellow Hellboy Bettas are carnivores and should be fed a high-quality betta pellet diet supplemented with occasional treats such as frozen or live brine shrimp, bloodworms, or daphnia. They are generally territorial and should be housed alone, especially males, as they may fight with other bettas or nip at tank mates. With proper care, a betta can live around 3–5 years.
