Uncommon fish are always popular, but when they are personable as well their popularity sky rockets. This is the case of the Fahaka puffer fish. It is rarely seen in aquariums, but when seen, it sells out fast. Like most puffers, it is personable, semi-aggressive, and it will grow to be a large fish. So, make sure you provide it with a large aquarium home. It can live in planted aquarium or an aquarium decorated to resemble a river bed. This can be done by placing on the bottom of the tank sandy substrate and drift wood pieces. To keep it in optimal health feed it frozen mussels.
