The Picks

As summer heat continues, how fish are handled during shipping and acclimation can make all the difference in how well they perform for you. Our open line of communication with our culture facilities and trusted vendors continues to give us the vital information we need to ensure that fish are shipped with the right amount of cold packs. This is just as important when we ship these animals to you. Being diligent about communicating your local conditions to your account manager allows them to fine tune how the temperature control is managed, leaving you with a less stressed, healthier animal.

Our availability and pricing on aquacultured angels continues to impress me. We just received a shipment of Aquacultured Annularis Angels (Pomacanthus annularis) which we haven't received in a while. We also just received another small batch of more Aquacultured Scribbled Angels (Chaetodontoplus duboulayi) and they look just as fantastic as the last group of them we brought in.

On the invertebrate side of the house we have an outstanding collection of Brain Corals right now, from Red Craters (Trachyphyllia geoffroyi) & Folded Brains (Trachyphyllia geoffroyi) to Maze (Platygyra sp.) & Worm Brains (Platygyra sp.), there is sure to be something here that appeals to your brains, even if it isn't one of ours.
