Bob's Picks

We are in the final full week of shipping prior to Christmas, so be sure to get your orders in as early as possible to avoid the last minute crush. Also your Customer Service Representative can give you the lowdown on all of the cool and new items that are arriving on a daily basis. With our extensive inventory list it often helps to have them guide you through it and help you make the right choices.

We also have our WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) fully stocked and it is being continually updated if you havent taken the time to check it out, you should definitely do so. Not only does it make ordering WYSIWYG super easy, you get to ogle all the eye candy.

As I always say this time of year, it always helps to keep your CSR updated on the latest weather in your area so we can pack your shipment with the right amount of heat packs. Lastly, we will be operating on a reduced shipping schedule from December 24 to January 4 in observance of the holidays. Please see our holiday closure post for more details.

We have a limited selection of Green Metallic Branching Daisy Coral (Alveopora sp.) from Australia in stock right now that are pretty spectacular, and won't be here long. These have a very similar polyp extension to gonipora, but are durable in a wider range of conditions, and are branching in form.

Also from the land down under, we have a great selection of Super Green Frogspawn (Euphyllia divisa) that are showing some amazing polyp extension and good color. This is probably the most desirable Euphyllia and is certainly the most iconic.

We got a killer shipment from Africa this week and several of these fish need to be featured here. The Male Eightline Fairy Wrasses (Paracheilinus octotaenia) are as crazy colored as they were last time and they are also in very good shape. We have some females as well for those of you looking to try "making" some pairs.

We have an excellent supply of Blue Dot Jawfish (Opistognathus rosenblatti) that make perfect small aquarium display fish. These are all eating well and just plain stunning to look at.

Lastly from that area of the world we have a few very unique large display fish like Sohals, Regals, Maculosus and some Extra Large Purple Tangs (Zebrasoma xanthurum) that are going to command attention. Brilliant purple/blue and yellow with stellar size. These are amazing.
