The Interruptus Angelfish (Centropyge interupputa), also known as the Japanese Pygmy Angelfish, is one of the lesser seen dwarf angelfish in the trade and commands an understandable amount of fanfare when they come to market. Though their largest populations are located in cooler waters off the central and southern coasts of Japan, they are a resilient fish adapting to aquaria very well with a large compatibility range. Should you acquire one, it will assuredly become the show piece of your display.
